These terms apply to the use of the mebeluizvesanariga.lv website and to the requests submitted through it.
The content of the site is informational
The pages describe how furniture removal works and what affects the price. Every order is different, so we prepare each quote individually — from the photographs and the description you submit.
Prices
All the sums given in the price list are starting prices, marked with the word "from", and they exclude VAT. They show where the calculation starts, not the final sum. We confirm the final price once we have looked at the photographs and learned the floor, whether there is a lift, and the volume to be removed. You receive the price before the work begins.
A request is not a contract
A completed and submitted form is a request for a price quote. It creates no obligation for you or for us. An agreement arises only when we have sent you a price and you have accepted it and agreed a time.
The information you provide
The calculation is only as accurate as the information. The most important points are the floor, whether there is a lift, and exactly what has to be removed. If it turns out on site that there is no lift, that there is more furniture than stated, or that something has to be dismantled that wasn't mentioned, the price may differ from the one originally given. We tell you about that before the work, not after it.
What we don't accept
- construction waste;
- hazardous waste, including chemicals and paints;
- tyres.
If your request includes items like these, we say so in our reply.
Intellectual property
The text, structure and images of the site belong to the site's owner. They may not be republished or copied for commercial purposes without permission. A reference with a link to a page is permitted.
Changes to these terms
The terms may be added to as the service or the content of the site changes. The version published on this page is the one in force. You can submit questions about the terms through the site form.
