Why the location changes the job
In furniture removal, the drive is rarely the hard part. The hard part is getting the item out of the room — through the door, down the stairwell and over to the van. That is where places differ:
what decides it is the floor, the size of the lift and the turn in the stairwell. A lift being present is no guarantee that the item will fit inside it.
there is no stairwell, but the distance from the door to the van tends to be longer, and gates or soft ground can limit how close we park.
the furniture has often stood for years in unheated rooms — mattresses and upholstered pieces get heavier as they take up moisture.
one address does not mean one place; different parts of the town can be markedly different.
That is why the form asks for the floor and whether the building has a lift. Together with photos, that is enough for us to quote a price that doesn't change on the doorstep.

Prices are built the same way everywhere we work: removing a single item starts at €30, a mattress from €25, the furniture from a whole apartment from €90, dismantling from €15. The minimum order is €30. Prices exclude VAT.

Yes. In properties like these the furniture has often stood for a long time in unheated rooms and has grown heavier with damp, but its condition has no bearing on whether we can remove it.
Yes, and it works out cheaper. The minimum order applies per call-out, so having several pieces removed at once costs less per item than separate orders.
