Furniture Removal in Balozi

The practical difference is simple. In the blocks of flats in the centre, the job is determined by the stairwell and the size of the lift. On the estates and in the detached-house quarters there is no stairwell, but there are gates, fencing, a drive and sometimes a street that hasn't been finished — that is, the question isn't the stairs but how many metres the load has to be carried to the van.

Woodland development and what happens to furniture over time

A substantial part of the development in Balozi sits in wooded areas and on damper land around Titurga. That changes two things in our work.

• The condition of the furniture. In a damper setting, a mattress, sofa or wardrobe stored a long time in a shed, cellar or unheated extension comes out heavier and dirtier than it went in. We take it in that condition too — the only difference is that we allow for the extra weight and wrap things more carefully so the route through the house isn't damaged.
• Getting close. In woodland development the access road tends to be narrow, with low branches and soft ground after rain. We don't take the van further than a safe spot there, but we carry the last stretch by hand.

If the things have been stored in a cellar, on a balcony or in an outbuilding, mention it in the form and attach a photo. Where something has been stored often changes the job more than the item itself.

Call-outs on the Riga side

Balozi is close to Riga, and access to the city runs mainly through the road network towards Ziepniekkalns and Kekava. That direction is slower at busy times, so we agree the call-out time through the form rather than promising a specific arrival slot in general terms.

Since distances on this side are short, jobs in Balozi can often be combined into one route with nearby properties. If you and a neighbour each have a job, it's worth booking them together.
