Apartment clearance means the space has to be emptied completely — not just of a few pieces of furniture, but of everything that's left. That is a different job from removing a single item: more volume, more dismantling and usually a deadline by which it has to be done.
How clearance differs from removing one piece of furniture
Removing one piece is a single carry-out. Clearing a flat is a job of volume and sequence: dozens of items, each of which has to be carried down separately, and among them both large furniture and small belongings that have to be boxed or bagged before they can be carried at all.
That's why a clearance can't be judged from one photo. Two people work differently here than they do on a single item — one carries out while the other keeps dismantling and preparing the next thing, so the work never stops.
We work room by room, and the order matters
We clear a flat room by room, not by walking back and forth. First we free up the route — the hallway and the corridor, because everything else passes through them. Then we take the furthest rooms and work towards the door, so nothing already carried out has to be moved twice.
Small items go first, because they take up the floor around the furniture and get in the way of dismantling it. The biggest things — sofa, wardrobe, bed — go last, when the route is clear.
When a flat needs clearing

Clearance after an inheritance
Clearing an inherited flat is rarely just a technical job. Those are another person's belongings, and they aren't simply rubbish. So we never throw anything out at our own discretion.
The right order is this: first you walk through the flat and set aside what has to be kept — documents, photographs, particular pieces of furniture. Only then do we come. Better to move the date than to realise afterwards that something went with the load.
We work from the list you give us. If you say "everything out except the wardrobe in the bedroom and the boxes on the balcony" — that is exactly what we do.
Clearance at the end of a tenancy
With a tenancy the flat has to be handed back empty. Not "almost empty" — a sofa or an old wardrobe left behind usually means the landlord deducts it from the deposit.
There is nearly always a date here, and that changes the planning. Say in your request by what date the rooms have to be empty — then we can tell you whether it's achievable, rather than promising and then rescheduling.
What we remove
We remove all the flat's furniture: sofas, beds, mattresses, wardrobes, tables, chairs, shelving and chests of drawers. We also remove appliances and other bulky items left in the rooms.
We don't take construction waste, hazardous waste or tyres. We also don't move furniture to a new address — we remove it and hand it over for disposal.

Price
Removing a whole flat's furniture starts at €90. Removing a single item starts at €30. Prices exclude VAT. The final figure depends on the volume, the floor, whether there is a lift and how much dismantling is involved — which is why the form asks for the floor and whether the building has a lift.
Floor and lift
On a full clearance the floor affects the price more than in any other job, because every single item has to be carried down separately. For one piece of furniture that's one trip down; for a full flat there are dozens, and that is where the time goes.
So at this volume a lift changes the job more than anything else. If a wardrobe side or a sofa section fits in the lift, the clearance goes quickly; if there is no lift, or it only takes boxes, everything large goes down the stairs. We do clear upper floors with no lift — but we need to know in advance, so the price doesn't change on the doorstep.
