When the new building's lift doesn't help
Not all the stock in Dreilini is new. In older blocks the Soviet-series lift cabin is so small that a tall wardrobe or a double mattress won't stand up in it, and the piece then travels down the stairs. If the photos show that the stairwell turn is tight as well, we plan the dismantling in advance.
The balcony, the basement and the storeroom
Even in new schemes the old furniture tends to wait on the loggia or in a basement storage unit. From the loggia it has to be brought back in through the same opening, and an upholstered piece that has stood in a basement tends to be heavier. Tell us where it is stored.
Access on the Lubanas and Bikernieku side
Lubanas iela, Bikernieku iela and the city boundary roads give Dreilini regional access, and parking by the newer buildings is generally more generous than in the microdistricts. The tricky part is what's typical of the area: open sites and construction works make for a changeable environment, where yesterday's access road can be closed today. If there is building work at your address, put it in the notes.
